Creative Art and Web Design - "It's how the world sees you!"

Welcome Lignumus.com to the web! This site was developed for woodcraft/artist Dan Broom. He creates beautiful objects, bowls, pens, bracelets etc using a lathe. He wanted a simple set up that would allow him to sell his work on-line. For Dan, we decided an Shop on Etsy and a website with a blog that linked to it would be the best option. He wanted to spend his time in the shop creating and not managing websites! We created the site and did some photo editing for Dan along with his logo and some social media graphics. This is an awesome resource… check it out!
Site re-design was executed along with a physical renovation at KC’s Restaurant & Pub. This is the second site we created for KC’s, they are a very generous local business and now their new web presence will be working better for them. This site was rebuilt on a new theme that is responsive in design. It displays beautifully on any screen size… it is mobile and tablet friendly now! We built their last site a few years ago. We also designed their logo, business cards and social media graphics. Those graphics have stood the test of time well and now their new site has some more dynamic functionality. The site is html5 and of course is built on the Genesis Framework. We provide the technical maintenance for them along with any staff training requests. It is social media integrated with custom forms and graphics etc… They are able to update their own site “in house” as it is a CMS built on WordPress – open source so, we all own it and we all contribute to making it better every day! How great is that?!

This was a start from scratch project for this client. We provided art direction, created their logo, letterhead, website, business cards including web publishing training so that they can manage their own site “in house”. This was a re-design project for a local gourmet restaurant. We created their logo (because they were using old clip art – yikes) plus we created their new slogan: “Love what you eat!”. Their new html5 responsive website and set it up to Tweet the daily specials for them too! This is a well loved family restaurant and now their branding is both original and updated serving this family business and their total web presence. While one of Bradley & Wall’s Chefs is very computer savvy, limited training was required, we still provide their technical web maintenance program for them and will be here whenever they need web/graphic or technical support. We set them up with professional photography, art direction and some new design work for their business and their website.
All of these custom websites are mobile and tablet responsive and HTML5 with metadata mark-up as per schema.org recommendations. Plus a lot of other cool and important stuff…
