FA Learning Solutions has gone LIVE!

Please welcome Frankenberger Associates LIVE with their new interactive website. Their old site was really out dated both graphically and functionally. Sometimes it is hard to get to the work of managing your web presence. Now their site can be viewed on all devices (the old one had a lot of flash elements), it is socially integrated and they are developing a good following with their newsletter & blog. Plus, now their graphics are engaging and visually tell their story rather than working against their messaging. We did quite a bit of training together, social media graphics and business cards too. We are all really pleased with the results. Congratulations to Ted & Caryl! It is so great to see their web site working for them rather than against them.

Global Sport Connection – New LIVE website!

Congratulations to Global Sport Connection as they begin to bring their official work and their new website to the world. This site will continue to develop as their enrolled athletes begin to work with the group securing enrollment at Colleges and Universities in the USA. This site has a lot of premium functionality including membership, mobile responsiveness, custom graphics, and much much more. We were also able to create some beautiful business cards, giant trade-show graphics and awesome social media integrations and imagery as well. Look to see this site develop in the coming weeks and months too.

Running Shirt Graphics for 2013 – The Bluff 50K & The Bash 10K

I just completed the logo/graphic for The Bluff 50K for Mr Bimble. This graphic will be used on high performance race shirts for all of the runners participating this year. I am hoping for black shirts … we shall see!

Cheryl Cummin’s New site is LIVE!

Website Before & After for The Guilford Land Conservation Trust

It has been three and 1/2 years since we created The Guilford Land Conservation Trust site. Over the weekend we gave them a make-over!

The objective was to update the look, make the design responsive to viewing from mobile devices and to also add a secure (HTTPS) connection when completing the on-line donation or membership forms. There are still a few additions to make…

Historic Guilford Walking Tours & more!

We’ve got another LIVE one! Please help us to welcome www.HistoricGuilford.org to the internet. This group is really cool. Here is a little info about their programs…. here is some info from their web site.

“This website, Historic Guilford, is where the Guilford Preservation Alliance’s Heritage Tourism Initiative has its home and serves as a clearinghouse for information about the HTI, its programs and its evolving plans for developing a heritage tourism component to our local economy. This summer’s inaugural tourism program will be our Historic Guilford Walking Tours, which will feature several differently themed walking tours of Guilford’s historic town Green and its environs. The tours will be led by Guilford High School students trained to be thoroughly knowledgeable guides to downtown Guilford’s historic architectural styles, personalities and stories and will introduce interested residents and visitors to Guilford’s unique collection of house museums along its route.”

We are pleased to have created their web site, logo, collateral materials, Facebook page and Twitter page. We strongly encourage you to follow them via twitter so you can get a little tweet every time they update their blog. Lot’s of very interesting things to learn about this local and historically rich community. Often at the start of a new year, business owners begin to plan in terms of what they hope to do better or more of in the coming year. Often that means updating their web presence, adding features & functionality, refreshing the look of an existing site or just plain getting a web presence working for them in general. Here are 2 sites that we updated for the new year…

CELC – Connecticut Experiential Learning Center had a great a site that we created a few years ago including logos, graphics and everything – now their site has had a new theme and some much needed added functionality. Technology is always evolving and we help our clients stay up to date with the latest and the greatest. Check out www.CTexperiential.org!

Also – we updated a site for www.BeeGreenFoods.com! Her old site had been severely compromised by a plug-in (mostly) with a security issue – plug-in issue was called Tim Thumb. She came to us with a site that was in need of an entirely new theme and some updates regarding content flow, a store and she needed some training so she could manage her site independently. All sites need to be updated periodically. That is best left to the designers and developers who can over-see the plug-ins and the latest versions of themes and WordPress installs. It is important to maintain a site carefully as the site can completely crash if an update is made too soon or if a conflict occurs with plug-ins and themes that have not been updated to play nicely with the latest versions of WordPress or each-other etc etc…. Milano’s Day Spa and Salon – GONE LIVE!!

Here is a look at Milano’s of Bloomfield, CT new web site. They wanted a site that was visually pleasing, one that they could synchronize with social medias and one that they could update regularly “in house”…. Their old site was a flash site, completely out dated and frankly it did not reflect the fun place that it is to be.

Check out Milano’s Day Spa and Salon – seriously, go there and treat yourself to a hair cut, manicure or some fun hair extensions! This group loves their work and they were amazing to work with. Special thanks to Carmela for her hard work and enthusiasm!!
